Enhancement to Requirement History

This enhancement introduces comprehensive history tracking for Policy and Client Requirements when requirements are created or updated through UI actions, Activity processing, Requirement processing, or attached business rules such as AddRequirements, ProcessRequirements, and CopyToRequirementFields.

Requirement history will now be captured in the new tables AsRequirementHistory and AsRequirementHistoryDetail, including:

• Add and update operations

• Field-level old and new values

• User/system performing the action

• Timestamps and operation details

• Changes made during activity reversal or recycle

• Client Requirement History will start to capture history for the current operations on Requirements. History will not be present for past operations.

• New tab to display Requirement History on is added to Client level Requirements. Access to this page will be controlled by 'ClientRequirementHistory' security Page.

Upgrade Utility Updates

Upgrade utility will update RequirementHistory AsCodeHistoryType 04 short and long description to PolicyRequirementHistory
